Houston has no shortage of good programs. What we’re missing is a room where they talk.
Every director in this city wants the same thing: the best experience we can give our players and parents. Better tournaments, better competition, fewer wasted weekends. But most of us are figuring it out alone, searching for events, guessing where other programs are playing, scrambling to find a scrimmage.
HGBA is a directors-only space to fix that. We all compete for kids. That shouldn’t keep us from collaborating, and our programs get better for it.
Houston has too much talent for our programs to leave the city to find real competition. Let’s build that here.

Fill your event with local clubs instead of chasing out-of-town teams

Every club director and tournament organizer in greater Houston is welcome: new programs, established programs, big and small. One requirement: you actually run a club or operate events. No trainers, no vendors, no parents. This is the directors’ room.

No dues, no catch. If dues are ever on the table, the members vote on it, and every dollar goes back to supporting Houston organizations: better camps, better tournaments, better opportunities for our programs and players. That’s the commitment.
